Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the Vanta Digital website (vantadigital.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Vanta Digital provides website design and development, AI automation, lead generation systems, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any project are agreed in a separate written proposal or contract between us and the client.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services
• Supply any required content, assets, or approvals in a timely manner
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Pay invoices according to the agreed payment schedule

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment of all fees, you receive ownership of the custom deliverables created for your project. Vanta Digital retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or code libraries incorporated into the project.

5. Payment and refunds

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. A non-refundable deposit is required before work commences. Refund eligibility for any remaining payments is determined by the stage of project completion and the terms in the signed proposal.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vanta Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Warranties

We warrant that services will be delivered with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g. lead volumes, revenue increases) as these depend on factors outside our control.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
